  1. Soak black gram in water for about 5-6 hours. Wash it thoroughly and grind to a fine batter. Transfer the batter to a big bowl.

  6. Open the lid and flip it gently. Add ghee a little, cover and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Then remove from the heat.
  7. Now the Poda Pitha is ready. Take it out from the pan, cut into desired shapes and serve.
