  1. Soak the Rice in 1 cup water for 5 min. Heat the milk in a vessel, when it boils, stir it well 3 min on medium flame.
  2. Then add soaked Rice & cook it on low flame.
    At the same time, melt the sugar on another flame until brown.
  3. Add hot water & stir it continuously 2 min. Remove from heat. When the Rice cooked, add caramel syrup & stir it on medium heat 3 min. Add cardamom powder & mix it well. Remove from heat.
  4. Heat a pan Or kadai, pour ghee, add broken nuts and raisins. Fry it slightly. Add fried nuts & raisins to the caramel kheer.
  5. Transfer it into a serving bowl.
    Decorate it with chopped Almonds.
