Steps to make to make Poha Dhokla

  1. Take a bowl with curd & pour 1 cup waterin it.mix well.
  2. Grind the poha in the mixie.make powder of it.
  3. Add poha,semolina,salt & black pepper powder to the curd.Mix well.keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  4. Grease the baking tray with oil.
  5. Now add 1 tsp of fruit salt & 2 tbsp of water to the batter,.When the bubbles form, mix gently.
  6. Pour the batter in the baking tray,preheat the microwave at 350 at degree.
  7. Bake for 5_6 minutes.
  8. Take another pan, pour 1 tsp of oil with mustard seeds.
  9. When they start crackle up,switch off the flame.
  10. Cut the baked dhokla in to 16 pieces & pour mustard seeds on it.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot or cold.
