13. Bring to boil and add cocoa powder....then cook fo 2 to 3 minutes then add chocolate and cook for 5 minutes.....now add gelatin to bloom...cook for more 2 to 3 minutes until condensed and glaze will be ready.... don't over cook after adding gelatin...it will be like rubber....
