- Dough:
Bind with water to soft roti dough, beat till it's softer. Cover and keep aside for half an hour.
Filling:
Mix all together well and make 10-12 balls.
How to make Kulchas:
Make 10-12 balls of dough, roll each into puri fill in the potato ball and cover like daal kachori, keep aside till all done.
Keep the tava on flame, when it's hot keep medium flame. Put little black sesame and few chopped coriander leaves on each kachori and press slightly. - Then roll each flattened kachori into triangle or oblong naan.
On the plain side apply water with brush then put the water applied part on tava, press every where with finger as in giving dents on kulcha.
When one side done turn the tava on flame to cook the other side.
Remove on platter apply one teaspoon ghee after removing from tava
