  5. Cover a dough for 10 to 15 min, use light pressure do not Knead heavily
  6. Frying balushahi: use oil or ghee, heat oil in a kadai
  7. Make small to medium size ball from your dough, phir usko flat position me ley jaien or beach me se donuts ki trah circle krein
  8. Place balushahi in the hot oil, fry balushahi in a low flame
  9. When 1 side turn light golden, turn over
  10. 15 min take fry krein jub take balushahi sub jagha se same golden brown na hojaye
  11. After frying balushahi place them in the hot chashni/sheera
  12. Chashni/sheera recipe: take 1 cup sugar in a pan add half cup of water place them in a low flame, whisk until all sugar desolved, add cardemon powder, simmer till the sheera get sticky little thick,
