  18. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  19. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  20. to taste Salt

  1. Mix both type of flours, curd, chilli- ginger paste, sugar, hing, sesame seeds, salt and soda together with little water to make a smooth paste.
  2. Wash and pat dry the Colocassia strips.
  3. Apply the flour paste evenly on the back of the Patra strips.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the filling with the mashed potatoes.
  5. Divide the filling mixture into 12 equal portions and make 2" long cylinder.
  6. Put one cylinder into each prepared Patra strip and roll it up. Apply oil onto the outside of the rolls.
  7. Arrange them in a circle on a dish. Cover with a butter paper.
