  11. 1 tbsp Ginger and garlic chopped
  12. 2 Green chilli chopped
  13. 1/4 cup Chopped onion
  14. half tbsp Red chilli powder
  15. half tbsp Coriander powder
  16. 1/4 tsp Zeera powder
  17. one fourth tsp garam masala
  18. 1 cup Tomato puree
  19. Salt to taste
  20. 2 tbsp Fresh criander chopped
  21. Ingredients for butter garlic
  22. 4 tbsp Fresh coriander
  23. 2 or 3 Green chillies chopped
  24. 3 tbsp Chopped garlic
  25. 4-5 tbsp Butter
  26. Ingredients for garlic dip
  27. 1/3 cup Curd
  28. 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  29. 2 tbsp Fresh coriander chopped
  30. Salt and black pepper according to taste
  31. 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  32. Ingredients for spicy paneer topping
  33. 100 gm paneer diced
  34. half tsp Red chilli powder
  35. 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions to make to make Naanza (naan pizza)

  1. For dough...
    Knead dough by using all above ingredients together for 10 to 12 mints or until dough become soft and smooth. Cover with damp cloth and rest it for at least 30 mints.
  2. #for Desi masala pizza sauce..

    Cook chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped chilli in oil  until onion become transparent. Now add tomato pure, all powder spices and salt according to taste, bring to simmer. Cover and cook for 10 to 12 mints. In the end add fresh chopped coriander. Desi masala pizza sauce is ready. Keep a side.
  3. #for butter garlic..

    In a bowl add all above garlic butter ingredient and mix well,  keep aside at room temperature until used in naanza.
  4. #for garlic dip.

    In a bowl add all above garlic dip ingredients mix well and put in fridge until used in naanza
  5. # for spicy paneer topping.

    In a bowl mix all above spicy paneer ingredients. And keep a side.
  6. #Assembling.

    Roll the dough and spread garlic butter on it. Now pre cook naan for 8 to 10 mints, at  180 degrees. Now spread sufficient amount of desi masala pizza sauce on pre cooked naan. Topped it with cheese, vegetables (Julienne capsicum, onion and tomatoes also add corns) and spicy paneer. Baked it for 5 to 7 mints at 180 degrees. Drizzle some garlic dip on top. Cut into slices and enjoy
