- Take wheat flour and all-purpose flour and mix all dry ingredients in it


- Add yougart and 2 tb of oil in it mix again now it is ready to knead with lukewarm water

- We knead it for 15 min we need a soft dough so knead it soft

- After knead it we make small balls of dough. In this quantity we make 10 balls


- After making all balls grease a plate with oil and put all balls in it and put some drops of oil on balls and rest them for 20 min.

- After 10 min add all dry spices pour in it

- When all spices cook well add boiled chick peas and boiled potatoes (we also use water of boiling potato)

- Now time to fry our poories pour few drops of oil on kitchen counter and press dough ball with hands not thick or not more thin.

- Put in hot oil to fry and cook well both sides.
