- tsp Ginger garlic paste halt
- Cumin half tsp
- Curry leaves 7-8

- Sb se phele pakore ke tamam ajza ko mila kar 10 min ke lye rest de phr pakore fry kar lein



- Is ke bd blender me baisan, dahi, tamatar, green chilli, pani, dal kar blend kar lein aur side par rakh de
- Phr 1 pan me oil dal kar tarke ke ajza ko fry karein 5 min (mein karhi me tarka phele hi de deti ho)
- Phr is me blend kia hua mixture dale aur tamam masale dal de aur 3 hrs tak pakne de(pani zarurat ke hisab se dale)
- Aakhir me karhi me pakore mila kar 5 min dum de aur dhak kar rakh de
