- 1 tbsp Garlic paste or freshly crushed
- 1 tsp Green chilies chopped finely
- 3 tbsp Cilantro or coriander leaves chopped finely
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
- For Tempering
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- few slits of green chillis
- pinch Hing (asafoetida)

- Take a big bowl, mix all the flours and spices. Mix everything while gradually adding the yogurt.
